Terms of Service

1. Provider and agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and MIKRO Quotes for use of MIKRO Quotes. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

2. The service

MIKRO Quotes lets trade businesses create, store, share and export job quotes, manage reusable catalog items and track inventory reservations. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally remove paid core functionality during an active paid period without reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for quote accuracy, tax treatment, uploaded content, client data and obtaining any notices or permissions needed to process that client data. MIKRO Quotes is not a party to contracts between you and your customers.

4. Prices, payments and renewals

Current prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal and remain available until the end of the paid period. One-quote unlocks and clearly identified lifetime offers are one-time purchases. Taxes may be added where required. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing content; unsolicited bulk communications; malware; unauthorized access; security testing without permission; or activity that disrupts the platform. We may restrict or suspend abusive use and will provide notice where reasonably possible.

6. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display it to provide the service. The software, brand and platform design remain owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the platform secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or disputes arising from quotes you issue. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

8. Ending the service

You can cancel a subscription from Billing and delete your account from Profile. Account deletion may be irreversible. We may terminate accounts for material breach, unlawful activity or serious platform risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes and will give reasonable notice of material updates. Portuguese law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts are determined under applicable law.
